MEET THE PROVIDER
Greetings, I’m Arika Anthony, the proud provider and founder of Arie’s Angels Child Care. As a devoted mother and early childhood professional, I understand how important it is to find a caregiver you can trust with your little ones. That’s why I’ve created a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where every child feels like family. I am also currently pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education and Development at Howard Community College to further my knowledge in the field.
At Arie’s Angels, I believe in meeting each child where they are and encouraging their growth through patience, empathy, and play-based learning. For the past several years, I have been working with children from infants to preschoolers. I have a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential, including those with special needs or developmental differences.
When I’m not caring for little ones, you’ll likely find me writing poetry or spending quality time with my family and children. Fun fact—my favorite song is “Shine Bright Like a Diamond” by Rihanna, a reminder that every child is unique and full of light.

We aim to create compassionate, supportive, and individualized care that supports each child's growth and development. By creating a stimulating and supportive atmosphere, we ensure that every child receives the attention and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
At Arie’s Angels Childcare, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that supports the unique needs of all children, including those in the ADA community. We believe in continuously evolving our practices to meet the diverse needs of our children and community, ensuring that every child can succeed.
We will achieve this by focusing on building positive relationships with both children and staff. For children, we will create a safe and stimulating environment with activities that encourage learning, creativity, and social growth. We will ensure that each child feels heard and supported by maintaining open communication with families and adapting to the individual needs of each child. For staff, we will offer regular opportunities for professional development, provide clear feedback, and acknowledge their contributions to the program. We will also encourage collaboration among staff and promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and teamwork, ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.
